& EVALUATION SPECIALIST
The consortium (JCRC and UHMG) is implementing a complete and functional monitoring and evaluation system that is responsible for building the capacity of its sub grantees (CSOs) in data management and reporting systems. The M&E system is responsible for collecting verifiable monitoring data to ensure that it measures to high quality standards (valid, reliable, timely and of high integrity), and can support decision making at national and sub grantee level.

Through routine quarterly M&E support supervision,
data quality audits and capacity building trainings in selected M&E topics,
system gaps have been addressed and significant achievements/performance is
being realized. In a special way, I would like to thank the entirely SCIPHA-2
team for their technical support in implementing program activities.
